The national recovery rate today touched 90 per cent with 62,077 patients discharged in 24 hours.
The Health Ministry said active cases remained below seven lakh for the third day, indicating strict containment and prevention strategies. It said less than 1,000 daily deaths had been reported for the past one week. The last 24-hour toll (578) was the lowest in three months. — TNS
